Perú

I´ve never been out of the country so it's always been a dream, in fact, traveling is one of the main reasons why I decided to study journalism. The possibility of getting to know different cultures by submerging in the place and relating to the people is something that has always captured my attention.

I really would like to visit as many places as I can, but the first country I want to visit out of Chile is Perú. This country, of course, is one of the popular tourist destination in Latin America because of Machu Picchu. Just the mysticism of this antique city attracts me and  I want to visit as soon as possible because constantly rumors come up of the close of Machu Picchu because of the damage of the structure.

I would like to go as a tourist, but also I would like to have the opportunity to go as a photojournalist and photograph the people, the nature, the architecture and the culture.
